Absolutely perfect family trip
I really appreciate with service mind of Khun Best the manager. He took great care of us since our first step to the hotel. We impressed with the overall service of hotel in every parts including bellboy, driver, room service, waiter/ waitress in the dining rooms and maids. We received beyond expectations of their service, amenities and atmosphere of hotels. The hotel view is definitely stunning with very wide and peaceful beachfront. We also have 1 disabled person with wheelchair in this trip. He received everything he needed and stayed in the hotel without any obstacles. My stay at Centara Resort Koh Samui was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond amazing. Michelle went above and beyond to help with everything we needed—she truly made our experience unforgettable. The rooms are luxurious, spotless, and cleaned twice a day, which was such a nice touch. One of the highlights was the daily “Surprise of the Day”—a fun little treat that made each day feel special. I can’t recommend this resort enough. Perfect staying
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, and the main reason for that was the incredible staff. We travel total 7 person, 3 rooms. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with warmth, kindness, and genuine care, making us feel not like guests, but like family. Michelle the Experience Manager take care us very well and professionally. As well as her team , front office staffs are all very supportive and friendly. Amazing Resort
We absolutely loved this hotel, it was a sprawling beach front resort with manicured gardens and wonderful staff. Natty from The Terrace was an ABSOLUTE stand out. Her service and attention to detail was second to none. Natty knew how to read the room and pre empted our needs. Thank you Natty for being so wonderful. Awesome family holidays at Centara Reserve Samui
We stayed from 1 week with the family in the resort looking for relaxing holidays and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Starting from the welcoming at arrival up to check-out - all staff were so friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel slightly let down by the staff at Salt Society
We just returned from our centra reserve vacation . Overall it was a fantastic stay. The facilities are excellent, food selection is great, the rooms are perfect and it’s located excellently on the most beautiful part of the beach. The breakfast service was the highlight. Kamala was our waitress everyday and she is just brilliant. She made our days every single morning. The only let down in this hotel was the service at salt society. This hotel would have scored a 5 if it wasn’t for the staff here. We ate twice and felt they were rude and arrogant. That said, that was not the case at any other restaurants or bars.
